How to Book Your Studio Session
- Select Your Session Duration: Choose between hourly, half-day, or boutique newborn rental options.
- Complete Your Booking: Submit your payment and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your session details.
- Answer all the questions in the booking form
- Show Up and Shoot: Your studio will be ready for you with everything set up!
FAQs
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time slot. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.
Yes, you’ll need to bring your own camera, phone, or other shooting equipment. We provide lighting, backdrops, and props, but cameras are not included.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own props or additional equipment to personalize your session. Just let us know in advance if you have any special requirements.
Currently, newborn sessions are only available on weekdays (Monday–Friday). Weekend sessions are not available for newborn bookings at this time.
Newborn sessions typically take 2–3 hours due to feeding, settling, and posing needs. We’ve set the rental at a flat 3-hour rate to give you plenty of time for a relaxed, smooth session—without rushing or worrying about hourly overages.
While we do provide a fully stocked newborn studio with props and wraps, we do not offer posing assistance. Clients should be experienced professionals for newborn sessions.
Yes, there is free on-site parking available for studio clients, making it easy for you to unload and carry your equipment into the studio.
For half-day and full-day bookings, there are no additional fees unless the session goes over the scheduled time. In that case, an overtime charge will apply.
Yes, you can adjust the session length if availability permits. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your session to make changes to your booking.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will receive a studio credit or partial refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
